The Progressive Club of the Islands (PCI) is organized to stimulate interest in political and governmental affairs, to educate the electorate about issues, to further progressive ideals and principles, to support progressive nominees in national, state and local campaigns and to foster good fellowship among Progressives on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
PCI has monthly Zoom and Facebook Live meetings, usually the third Thursday of the month at 4:00 PM. A Happy Hour is held the first Thursday of the month from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
Our meetings are open to all who would like to attend regardless of political affiliation. We urge you to encourage friends and family who enjoy spirited discussions on the topics of the times to attend our meetings.

At our recent Happy Hour we said Goodbye to our Chair, Garry Weiss. He and his wife, Beth, are moving to North Carolina. Our sincere gratitude to Garry for his years of service as Chair of PCI.
